Saving Throw’s goal is to improve teens' mental health and lifestyle through tabletop role-playing games.
We seek to donate games to schools and community centers, creating spaces for people to build social skills and cope with issues like anxiety and depression. Through storytelling and role-play, we can help explore creativity, connect with others, and develop resilience.

What is a TTRPG?
TTRPGs, or tabletop roleplaying games, are games where players create their own characters before going on an adventure together. Their stories are generally led by a Game Master (or GM.) Players meet in sessions, which make up a campaign. Campaigns can range from a one-shot session to an epic saga that spans years. The stories that are shared between players are legendary — after all, there’s a reason why one of the most famous TTRPGs, Dungeons and Dragons (D&D), has thrived for over 50 years, and why several others have persisted for decades.
Why TTRPGs?
TTRPGs are beneficial for mental health, offering a structured space for social interaction and creativity. They enable players to explore their personalities and express emotions in a safe environment through role-play. This collaborative storytelling fosters social connections, problem-solving skills, and emotional resilience. Additionally, TTRPGs provide escapism for stress relief, allowing participants to temporarily escape everyday challenges while forming lasting friendships.
